HIIT training is anti-aging & breathing correctly during your exercise routine will take your health to another level. 🙌💪 Your subconscious brain is responsible for the adaptation processes that happen in your body & correctly putting it in a position when you have to breathe with more intensity due to tiredness or fatigue during exercise gives it a chance to adapt, change & therefore experience improved health from the inside out. 🙌 When we live in a 24/7 stress state, as most people do, or if we do not breath correctly when we are tired or fatigued we will naturally mouth breath which over time causes cellular oxidation & premature aging. 😕 It’s counterintuitive but your body is way more efficient at getting air in through your nose as it will improve your brain, lung, heart, vascular & immune function if you keep practicing it.
